Meeting on a story

evening last Wednesday (10.06.09) we had a fairy tale, this "Winter's Tale." Only she was not cold and snowy and warm and soulful ... Last Wednesday, we looked for Magu Mira, a English actress, director and just a beautiful, bright woman with a very positive and English solar energy.
Magu Mira was born in Valencia in 1945, Magoo's family can be called creative poistene: daughter Clara Sanchis - actress, her husband, Emilio Hernando Solaris - Director of the Festival of Classical Theatre in Almagro, brother Carles Mira - movie actor.
Magoo played a lot of in theater and film ... and one day a friend of theatrical figure came to her and said: "The magician, why do not you rent the movie" - holding out a pack of sheets of the script. Mage, almost without hesitation, said yes. Only later did she learn that from this, really hard work, have refused all English film directors. Thus began her directorial work, which she, however, successfully combines with the actor. After all her years of acting experience helps her understand those with whom she works as a director.
In our town of Magu came at the invitation of Semyon Spivak and Youth Theatre on Fontanka ( http://www.mtfontanka.spb.ru/ ) for setting plays of William Shakespeare's "Winter's Tale", a work which hitherto almost was not put on the stage. Magu has created this show in Spain, but now he transported on Russian soil. The English play is English director in the Russian theater - is not it dangerous mix? However, I am confident that this performance fond of viewers how we fell in love with itself magician.
Magoo is not spoke in Russian, but every day teaches one word, she admires the beauty of St. Petersburg, but he returns in her memory Spain 70s-80s.: worn, dirty house, uneven sidewalks ... Magoo believes that there is a lot of smoke, and do not like her. A month of living in North capital, she learned everything she needed numbers trolleys and buses and trams as long as it remains outside routes. And she really loves her job, actors, which works, and the actors respond to her full reciprocity.
Company Magoo at the meeting was also an actor and head of the Roman Nechaev. lit. part of the Youth Theater on the Fontanka Tatiana Korosteleva, and, of course, our favorite students.
That is so warm, Russian-English company and we had this wonderful evening.
